Really quick post today with a few shots from my night out with some foxy ladies on Friday.
The cocktails!

We started the evening at Cafe Rouge on The Strand. It’s not the most extravagant of eating venues in London, but it was easy for us all to get to and the food is always good! We then toddled off for a few cocktails at a bar nearby. We were clearly the fat version of SATC!
One of the best things about blogging has been the new friends I have made. Those wonderful women that I spend time with in “real life” as well as at blogging events and online.
Ahhh, I wish I lived in the UK and could bust in on your meet ups. What a group of dynamic, interesting, and stylish ladies! I have to admit that living in North Carolina is the hardest part about fat acceptance blogging. I have yet to meet anyone who lives locally, and there are no events in the area. I know that means that I need to start organizing some things at colleges or something, but that’s something I’ll have to work on in the future.
Damn, I knew there was something happening last week, but my brain was frazzled last week, so sorry, glad you girls had a fabulous time. xxx
Love this post! I had a great time, really enjoyed the cocktail. I think the best thing about blogging is certainly meeting nice people (and drinking with them too!) We have got to do this cocktail thing again! I’m going to start saving the pennies, 3 drinks = 30 quid ish but I would almost certainly be merry and happy, those booths are so comfy and perfect for chatting, I did feel like I was in SATC!

UGH victim of the weird window light again! Not quite SO terrible in that photo, but still, bloody Christopher’s and their bloody frosted windows.
