Peg leg trousers – Simply Be
Leather jacket – Simply Be
Boots – Evans
Scarf – Fetter Lane Market in Holborn
Today’s outfit was picked by the good people at Simply Be. I would never have put grey with grey, but I like how the different shades compliment each other. I also threw on an ancient grey cardigan as well to keep me warm in the office.
I’m not sure why my husband took such a weird close up picture of me but it shows the stud detail on the vest really well. I really like this vest from Joe Browns. Its the right length and made of a heavy drape jersey that hangs rather than clings.
In other news:
I have finally picked the winner of my 101st post give away! My independent picker was my somewhat silly looking (but still lovely nonetheless) husband, Rob:
I wrote all the entrants’ names on post its
Rob put on the Monkey hat to help pick the right name
Rob then folded each post it up and …
and the winner is…
… MERRY from A Merry Traveller!!
Merry, message me on twitter with your email address and I’ll arrange to send the prizes out to you! Congratulations!

I love the top, the studs are amazing! I also love grey with grey, I have some dove-grey shoes that look fab with darker grey tights. So chic! Plus I looove the scarf. Looking good missy!
Thanks Sarah! Ooh dove grey shoes… a colour of shoe I do not posses! Must rectify that!
It’s me!! Yay!!!! Thank you! I think I will enjoy the things in it! I’ve also never really thought of grey and brown as a possible combination but it does seem to go well. *mentally goes through closet for greys and browns*
Cute! I love the studded detail on the tank and your shoes
. I also love that your husband put on the monkey hat for divine powers in picking a winner, lol! Congrats to the Merry Traveller
